my wife had and arm casting and she was seen by a lady named Deseree she thinks she knows everything my wife after the casting had a blister on the thumb she went back to ROC and she was seen by the same lady(?) and asked my wife who did this because I KNOW HOW TO DO THIS my was told her she was the one and did not said anything
Impersonal, Unprofessional and Just Plain Rude

I was acutely injured and subsequently referred to Reno Orthopedic. A week after my initial consult I was informed, in the most contemptible manner, that I was out of their network and they could not serve me. The uncompassionate staff refused to help refer me to another physician that could perform the surgery, which was a STAT order. They were unapologetic and rude beyond reason. I will NEVER go there again and for that matter I would NEVER wish their service upon my worst enemy.
